Hi Essentials, here is the information on the birth to present exercise.
Divide a piece of paper into three vertical column.
* Column 1 is for the ages of life by decades.
For example: ages 0-10; 11-20, etc...
* Column 2 is for the choices they made in
that decade.
* Column 3 is for those things or people or
relationships they did NOT choose in that decade.
Fill this sheet out from Birth to present.
Have them share with a partner their responses to the
following questions:
* What does this tell you?
* What choices are you making or not making now?
Then have them rejoin the large group and share their insights.
Do a treatment over this exercise if it feels needed.

The Popular Concept of Religious Science
I found this passage very intriguing: Last paragraph on page 98
Viewing Religious science from its broadest meaning, we shall think of it as one of the many attempts now being made throughout the world to arrive at a more satisfactory understanding of life. It is an attempt to solve some of the enigmas of human existence. It is a seeking to solve some of the great mysteries of being to find a solution which will give a greater hope and certainty to those who search after the Truth. The practice of Religious Science is quite different from the popular concept of it. Those who are unfamiliar with this practice often misunderstand and misinterpret its meaning. It is a popular belief that those who practice those science are a class of people who declare that everything is perfect when, as a matter of fact, everything in the objective experience of the race is not perfect and, indeed, is far from being perfect. This popular idea of the practice of spiritual science is entirely a misconception. A Religious Scientist is not one who assures himself that wrong is right, that evil is good, that limitation is freedom, that bondage is liberty or that sickness is health. We does not claim that our objective experience is an illusion, but he does make this claim that behind the phenomena of human an material existence, behind the slow and persistent processes of evolution there is, as Emerson stated, "One Mind common to all people." He claims that this Mind is perfect and that he has access to this Mind.

Feelings/Emotions
I found this in my Professional Practitioner Studies Year 2 book week 6
EMOTIONS/FEELINGS/BELIEFS
REVIEW
EMOTIONS are the the recognizable expressions of our inner responses to our relationships to others and the conditions and circumstances in our life. They may be "positive" or "negative" (anger, anxiety, blame, depression, fear, happiness, hatred, love, resentment...)
FEELINGS are intimate, individual, often hidden inner responses to our relationships to others and to the conditions and circumstances in our life. They may e pleasing or painful (confidence, disappointment, hurt, inadequacy, oneness, trust).
BELIEFS influence our inner responses and are core mental causes of our feelings and our emotions. Behind every emotion is a feeling and behind every feeling is a belief rooted in the subconscious of the individual. A thought wrapped in a feeling is a belief.
Feelings and emotions are effects, conditional stated of being. We do not treat conditions. For the healing of any negative emotion or painful feeling we must first determine the underling belief. The belief is not the Truth of the individual. The belief is a result of past experience and can be changed.
Ernest Holmes says: "For a healing to take place we must separate the belief from the believer". Through spiritual counseling and spiritual mind treatment a new way of thinking can be introduced, principle can be established in a place of the old belief, and a healing can be accomplished.
